The role
We're looking for a driven and commercially savvy Business Development Consultant to join our North Harbour sales team. In this role, you'll focus on driving high‑margin new business growth through disciplined face‑to‑face prospecting, structured territory coverage, and effective in‑person sales activity. Act as the key link between prospects and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, supporting early trading performance before transitioning customers to the Existing Business team. You'll play a key role in connecting prospects with our internal teams, ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement through to active trading.
