About The role: 

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager - Corporate to lead and develop a business-to-business (B2B) strategy for our Corporate and Government segments, focusing on maximising revenue and enhancing awareness of our brand. This role will leverage off existing strong relationships and continue to grow them however the focus of the role will be new business development. 

In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in developing new strategies, building existing and new relationships, and delivering exceptional value to our corporate and Government customers.

You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and the Customer service team to prospect, onboard and service these segments accounts. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts to expand our customer base and revenue opportunities.
  • Identify trends and market opportunities to ensure we stay at the forefront of our industry.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients including key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that work for both the customer and the company.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition clearly through presentations and proposals.
  • Use CRM and technology solutions to design and implement sales strategy and customer experience.

About you:

  • You must have Business Development in your background.  You are confident in prospecting and new business activities.
  • 5+ years sales experience and looking for a long-term role.
  • Confidence to prospect with customers from larger companies and Government agencies.
  • Your sales approach is proactive. 
  • We are open to industry backgrounds, but those with sales experience in car rental or retail industries would be highly preferred. 
  • You have Bachelor's degree or above qualification.
  • You have full and clean Driver’s license.

You will be someone who is confident and will be out talking to new and existing customers and take real pride in seeing the impact of your work on the business and our customers. You are self-managed, results driven and outcome focused. As part of your role, you will be required to travel locally and nationally.
