You’ll be responsible for driving business growth and forging strategic partnerships within the water and wastewater industry. 

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be a self-assured communicator, with good stakeholder engagement. You’ll also be highly self-motivated, looking to add value to our sales process.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Demonstrate success in transforming new clients into a loyal customer base
• Collaborate effectively with Account Managers, Marketing, and senior leadership to drive business expansion and maintain market leadership
• Travel across New Zealand in a company vehicle

You’ll also have:

• A minimum of five years’ experience in Business Development, or a sales-based role
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate negotiations
• A tertiary qualification in engineering would be advantageous 
• Clean, full driver’s license
• A valid work visa
