What You'll Do:

• CRM Management: Maintain our CRM system, ensuring all communications are tracked and managed efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Directly communicate with builders and real estate agents, developing strong relationships and educating them on the benefits of working with us.
• Market Expansion: Initially focus on Christchurch, then roll out our business development strategy across the South Island.
• Lead Generation: Leverage our comprehensive lists of builders and real estate agents in Canterbury, Nelson, and Central Otago to identify and research potential markets.
• Event Attendance: Be the face of the company at home shows and public events to increase visibility and engagement.
