Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description The role of Telemarketing/Business Development (Internal) is to be the key representative for the products. The role is internal and is closely linked to the Internal Sales Team by providing both teams with qualified opportunities to follow through and close sales. You will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence globally. This is a full-time position, you need to be a proactive and sales driven individual who is passionate about finding and pursuing opportunities using phone, email and other technology. Roles and responsibilities:
  • ● Identify & develop new clients and/or new markets for the range of products
  • ● Cold call potential clients and persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the product will add value to their fleet and meet safety requirements
  • ● Follow prepared sales scripts to provide accurate information about the product, features and benefits
  • ● Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
  • ● Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls
  • ● Book appointments for the Sales Team with qualified target market prospects.
  • ● Setup and manage campaigns relating to product groups or customer groups to drive sales of selected products

  • ● Be a CRM (Hubspot) champion, lead by example and record all activities in the CRM. Own the data in the CRM and advocate for accurate, up to date data from all sales team members.
  • ● Attend all daily and weekly sales meetings via Teleconference as per the meeting calendar
  • ● Participate in market research and carry out surveys of customers as required.
  • ● Be a follow up champion, continually follow up internal tasks to completion.
  • ● The role will be calling to large heavy vehicle fleets globally e.g Road Transport companies, Passenger Transport (buses) and speaking with the following within an organisation.
    • - Fleet Managers
    • - Health & Safety Managers
    • - Maintenance Managers
    • - Workshop Managers
Qualifications
  • ● Tertiary qualification or certificate IV in Sales & Marketing (desirable)
  • ● Previous experience in Telemarketing (mandatory)
  • ● Previous experience in sales role (desirable)
  • ● Fluency in English is essential, bilingual is preferred
  • ● Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Office 365.
  • ● MYOB experience highly regarded.
  • ● Previous experience with HubSpot CRM mandatory.
  • ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • ● Exceptional negotiating skills and influencing skills, balance persuasion with professionalism
  • ● Sales Hungry personality
