Frogparking is a global tech company specialising in systems to manage large scale parking assets. We supply some of the worlds leading brands with hardware and software, which we service and support.
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for someone who has successful experience selling enterprise solutions to corporate clients.
The product is well established and is predominantly exported to our key markets: the United States of America, Australia, and Europe. This role is about growing sales in New Zealand and Australia.
Our HQ in Palmerston North will be your base, however we are open to hiring outside of the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Pitch to customer-specific problems by identifying solutions.
- Create a sales process that is a key competitive differentiator.
- Build out and close a pipeline of leads.
- Delivering on regional sales plans, building territory plans and working closely with teammates on strategic priorities
- Growing our brands in a competitive marketplace - covering both new and existing customers
- Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts to achieve annual revenue and growth targets
Required Skills
- Sales experience in retail or branded B2B/enterprise solutions, with demonstrated success at managing multiple accounts.
- The ability to build meaningful relationships with potential leads.
- Ability to think strategically and close deals.
- A demonstrated ability to confidently use various "selling" strategies: to upsell and cross-sell whilst utilising effective negotiation skills
- Able to build out and close a pipeline of leads and can show examples,
- Proven experience of being able to build repeat business from an existing client base while nurturing customer relationships.
- Ability to Travel
- Experience understanding technology and how it benefits a client and articulate this.
- Able to identify and harvest from key strategic accounts.
- A track record of delivering complex sales with a mixture of hardware and SaaS.
- Tech-savvy.
