Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive our business growth and expansion within the commercial cleaning sector in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new commercial clients and increasing revenue through sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector in Auckland, targeting businesses in need of professional cleaning services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Develop customized cleaning solutions tailored to the specific needs of each commercial client.
  • Utilize CRM programs effectively to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Drive the growth of our client base and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Introduce cleaning teams to clients or conduct inductions with the cleaning teams after acquiring clients.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least two years of proven experience in business development or sales roles in the B2B industry.
  • Experience using CRM programs to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strong networking abilities and confidence to engage with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
