About the role:

Are you a driven relationship-oriented professional with a passion for the automotive industry?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy exceeding targets? Giltrap Group, a leading car dealership in Auckland, is looking for a talented individual to join our Fleet team.

Responsibilities:

  • Expanding Giltrap Group's fleet portfolio across their 18 automotive brands
  • Contributing to the achievement of the Fleet department's sales targets
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies in alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Regularly monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. 
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the fleet management sector
  • Building strong relationships with Lease partners, 

To be successful, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within the automotive or fleet management industry over 2 years
  • A strong understanding of the fleet management landscape in New Zealand
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach
