We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager who would have the ability to:

  • Sell our sheep and cattle handling systems direct to farmers in New Zealand
  • Develop, implement, and manage sales activities that deliver the individual and region sales budgets, whilst building the Te Pari brand. 
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from fielding inquiries from customers, providing site visits when needed, sales quotes, through to fulfilment.
  • Own each opportunity from creation to completion.
  • Build strong customer relationships which result in referrals.

  • Creativity – ability to think quickly and outside the box.
  • Persuasiveness and tenacity in chasing opportunities
  • Efficiency – strong disciplined sales process

  • Tech savvy – experienced with CRM platforms.
