About us

New Zealand and Beyond Holidays is a wholly owned subsidiary of Australia and Beyond Holidays. Our company was formed in 2016 and has staff based in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and India. We are a leading ITO and DMC led by three founding partners with extensive tourism experience having over 20 years each as well as being former senior managers at some of the leading inbound tourism and travel companies in Australasia Our established inbound markets are South East Asia, China, Australia, Japan, Europe, USA and India. We specialise in tailormade FIT group itineraries as well as Incentives from 20 to well over 1,000 delegates. We currently operate a number group series itineraries in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum two years experience with inbound travel sales to New Zealand
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal, English language essential and a second Asian language is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of New Zealand and tourism products available
• Strong customer service ethos
• Unrestricted eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Knowledge of Tourplan or related tour system highly desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Extensive industry connections with suppliers in the New Zealand market
• Attention to detail essential

Tasks & responsibilities

• Designing and quoting on New Zealand / Australian itineraries for FIT, Group and Incentive movements
• Operational support for groups and FIT customers whilst in New Zealand
• Liaison with New Zealand suppliers to negotiate and implement product agreements
• Attending industry functions as required to profile the company to New Zealand suppliers
• Possibile travel to Australia and overseas to meet customers and participate in trade shows
• Development of new customers and grow sales
