About You
To be successful in this position you will have strong stakeholder management and negation skills. You will also have a customer service orientation and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. An appropriate candidate will also have strong organisational skills and have a professional personal presentation to appropriately represent the Journey Beyond brands.

About The Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and diversifying business to increase revenue, and future growth of all Journey Beyond brands within the New Zealand market. This role is integral to the strategic goals of Journey Beyond, as you will be responsible for developing growth strategies and plans with trade partners whilst managing and retaining the current relationships.
You will also be responsible for ensuring growth of approved campaigns and activities by having an in-depth knowledge of business products and Journey Beyond’s value proposition. Through this knowledge you will be required to write business and cooperative marketing proposals to further increase revenues whilst following industry trends locally and internationally.
