Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Relationship Management:
- Sell our comprehensive range of products to kitchen makers, cabinetmakers, and other industry-related companies.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Expand product offerings to our current customer base.
- Develop new customer relationships, including cold-calling as necessary.
- Customer Service:
- Uphold exceptional standards of customer service in all interactions.
- Database Management and Pricing:
- Maintain and update our cloud-based ERP system/CRM database as required.
- Participate in system pricing, price list, catalogue, and website updates.
- Procurement & Supplier Relations:
- Involved in procurement from overseas suppliers.
- Manage relationships with both local and international suppliers.
- Travel:
- Travel around Auckland and the North & South Islands as part of your role.
- Team Collaboration:
- Assist any team member as required to ensure smooth operations in organisation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the kitchen/cabinetmaking industry.
- Background in Customer Services / Tele Sales would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support sales activities.
