Business Development Manager - Urgent Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Relationship Management:
  • Sell our comprehensive range of products to kitchen makers, cabinetmakers, and other industry-related companies.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
  • Expand product offerings to our current customer base.
  • Develop new customer relationships, including cold-calling as necessary.
• Customer Service:
  • Uphold exceptional standards of customer service in all interactions.
• Database Management and Pricing:
  • Maintain and update our cloud-based ERP system/CRM database as required.
  • Participate in system pricing, price list, catalogue, and website updates.
• Procurement & Supplier Relations:
  • Involved in procurement from overseas suppliers.
  • Manage relationships with both local and international suppliers.
• Travel:
  • Travel around Auckland and the North & South Islands as part of your role.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Assist any team member as required to ensure smooth operations in organisation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the kitchen/cabinetmaking industry.
• Background in Customer Services / Tele Sales would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong relationship-building skills and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support sales activities.
