We are a conglomerate based in Hong Kong with different businesses in APAC, SPO and Africa.

Currently we are seeking talented and experienced BDT Managers to join our Group. These roles will primarily focus on overseeing our business development and trading in SPO, especially in Fiji and Tonga, in various business sectors, such as Hotel, New Energy & Automobile, Hydroponics and Mining. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with local partners  and government officers with regard to our trading and projects in the above-mentioned businesses.

Playing the role effectively, you will need to be prepared for frequent travelling to SPO counties, such as Fiji and Tonga. In these locations, you will be responsible for business department and trading; dealing with local government agencies and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will play the translator role, facilitating effective communication between the Group Chairman and local authorities, when he travels to these cities.

To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional negotiation skills, BD experiences and trading knowledges in the SPO cities. Your expertise in the fields will be instrumental in driving our business forward and ensuring its long-term success. 

Requirements:

# Proven experience as a BD and Trading Manager, preferably earned from hotel, new energy and mining industry.

# Degree holder in Management or other relevant disciplines

# Fluency in WRS of English and Chinese is a MUST

# Strong negotiation skills to effectively deal with both local government officials and internal stakeholders.

# Willingness to embark on frequent travels

# Ability to work independently and make informed business advices.

# A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
