This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Travel Agency Team Leader  to lead our team in Albany! 

What we're looking for in this Leader is their ability to: 

• Inspire others through a shared vision and establish clear goals and plans to empower team members 
• Coach and develop others 
• Manage change with effective communication 
• Create the right environment by recognise and celebrate team members contributions 
• Lead by example in behaviors, attitude and performance
• Be disciplined with systems and processes 
• Demonstrate business sense with forward planning! 
• Actively develop new business through networking and marketing and demonstrate this to your team
