About the role:

The time has come for our sole Director and owner to bring on an experienced and dynamic Business / Sales Manager to assist in the day to day running of the business, specifically our growing area of sales.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of electrical engineering solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to our clients. The Business / Sales manager will lead and develop a small team, cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, and help us to achieve our business objectives. This role will also oversee people management and the health and safety portfolio, so some experience in this area would be ideal.

Whilst you will work closely with the Director, this really is an opportunity to embrace the business, add value and make your mark.

About you:

For us, the fit for the role is really important. We need someone with leadership experience, or someone with potential to grow in this area. Previous sales experience is necessary, including contract negotiations, proposal preparation, sales performance tracking, and market analysis.

You will need to be methodical, have great attention to detail, and have an interest in the wider business, including supply chain, distribution and operations. We are growing, and there is the potential that you could grow with us.
