Job Description - Business Support Coordinator Job In New Zealand

Onside is seeking for business support coordinator to join their team at Christchurch in Canterbury, New Zealand . The ideal candidate is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team. Onside is a technology-driven company based in New Zealand, specializing in innovative solutions for the agriculture sectors. Applicant must have previous experience in a similar administrative role. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range $45,000-$55,000 per year. Candidate must have ability to work 8-12 hours per week with in the farm.

Qualification for Business Support Coordinator:

  • It must have at least 2-3 years experience in a business support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including M.s Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and with the collaboration of team members.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and systems.

Responsibilities for Business Support Coordinator:

  • Candidate is responsible to provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
  • Ability to provide support in compiling project documentation and report.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems both digital and physical.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
