We are looking for a commercially astute, strategically minded buying leader to take our Health & Beauty category into its next phase of growth. 

We are at a pivotal point in our journey. Health & Beauty is a priority growth category, with a clear ambition to expand our branded portfolio while building a compelling, differentiated private label offer. The opportunity is significant. The expectation is high. And the impact will be visible.

Key responsibilities: 

• Define and execute a multi-year category strategy across skincare, cosmetics and fragrance 

• Lead and evolve a balanced branded and private label portfolio that delivers both credibility and margin 

• Identify whitespace opportunities and bring innovation to market with pace and precision 

• Build meaningful partnerships with key global and local brand owners 

• Elevate our private label proposition through product development, packaging, positioning and pricing strategy 

• Use data, insight and market intelligence to drive sustainable sales and margin growth 

• Work cross-functionally across planning, marketing, supply chain and quality to deliver excellence end to end 

You will have the commercial maturity to manage significant portfolios and negotiations, while also bringing a sharp eye for product, trends and customer behaviour. 

• Extensive buying experience within skincare, cosmetics and/or fragrance 

• A strong track record of delivering category growth in both branded and private label environments 

• Demonstrated success in complex supplier negotiations and long-term partnership building 

• A deep understanding of global beauty trends and the ability to translate them into commercial outcomes 

• Strong financial acumen with confidence managing large budgets, forecasting and margin strategy 

• The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed 

• Experience leading, influencing and elevating others around you 

You understand the nuances of formulation, claims, packaging, compliance and brand positioning. You know how to balance aspiration with accessibility. Most importantly, you know how to turn insight into performance. 

Health & Beauty is a category where credibility is earned. Customers expect expertise, relevance and value. This role will play a critical part in shaping how we show up in this space, strengthening our branded authority while building a private label offer that customers trust and choose.
