To be successful in this role:

• Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef
• Strong experience working on the grill section
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, support, and mentor the team
• Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
• Must have a minimum 2 – 3  years of relevant experience
• Implement and manage stock control, ordering, and checking of deliveries
• Provide high quality meals in a fast-paced environment
• Up to date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
• Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• A commitment to achieving outstanding sales results
• Ability to take direction well from Head Chef
• Ability to engage with the local community

• Permanent role with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week
   
• Remuneration at a rate of between $30 and $40 per hour depending on experience
