Job Description

The opportunity:

We are seeking passionate individual to join us on our journey to unlock the limitless possibilities of learning. As a Campus Administrator at Skills Consulting Group, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our students, staff, and visitors, while ensuring efficient campus administration.

Your key responsibilities:

Reception:

  • Manage incoming calls, visitors, and queries, directing them appropriately.
  • Handle mail and courier services efficiently.
  • Maintain student attendance notifications and ensure a tidy reception area.
  • Oversee stationary, training resource, and cleaning product orders.

Staff Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Campus Manager and Training team.
  • Assist the Sales Team with enrolment processes and administrative tasks.
  • Support visiting staff from other offices.

Administration/Information Management:

  • Archive and retrieve documentation as required.
  • Manage Chromebook issuance and maintenance.
  • Report campus attendance and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client records and files.
  • Prepare reports and assist with system development.

Finance Management:

  • Handle and code invoices, verifying and sending them to accounts services.

Desired Skills and Experience

Your skills & qualifications:

  • NCEA Level 1 or 2 or equivalent skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Full driver's licence.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
  • Collaborative yet independent work ethic.
  • Solution-focused mindset.
