Summerset at Wigram is looking for exceptional individuals who wish to kickstart their career as a Caregiver on a casual - as and when required basis!

About the Role:

This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care to residents under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse
• Working as part of a team to support creating an enjoyable and safe home for residents

This is a developmental role that will grow your ability as a Caregiver and provide you with the skills and knowledge to create a career in healthcare.

About you:

You will be a passionate individual with genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life. To be considered suitable for this role you will bring the following:

• Eager ability to learn and pick up new skills
• Be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.
• The ability to work mornings, afternoon and weekends.
• Have the willingness to start a career as a Caregiver
