Casual AV Technician

Bay Audio Visual is seeking a talented Casual AV Technician to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who not only has technical skills but can also provide excellent customer service and be a valuable team player in delivering high-quality AV experiences.  

Bay Audio Visual designs and implements technical solutions for events at Mercury Baypark, our community facilities, and throughout the community. Our services include Audio, Lighting, AV, Rigging, and LED, and we are currently expanding and upgrading our AV assets, which recently included the purchase of 60m² of LED wall. 

About the Role: 

The purpose of this role is to deliver efficient and effective AV technical services to Bay Venues Event customers. In addition to being competent in AV technical skills, you will also be providing high levels of customer service and be an excellent team player working to deliver high quality AV experiences.

About You: 

• Experience setting up and operating high profile AV events and as an AV
  Technician. 

• Technical competency and experience in either Audio, AV, Lighting, LED or Rigging. 

• A hunger for more knowledge of Lighting, Audio, Audio Visual, LED and rigging. 

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a ‘can-do’ approach. 

• Ability to stay calm and professional in high pressure environments especially those involving high profile events or customers.
