Casual Cleaner | Burwood Hospital

• This is a casual role with no guaranteed hoursor days. In this role you will be covering sick (oncall) and annual leave.
• BusinessHours – Shifts will be between Monday – Sunday6am – 10pm
• Salary - Starting from $23.75 perhour, Based on the Etū Multi-Employer Collective Agreement.
• Interview Day – If you aresuccessful for interviews, they will take place on Thursday 4 th July and Friday 5 th July. Please ensure you are available.

Join our dedicated and hard-workingEnvironmental Services Department and help maintain our facilities, whileproviding a suitable environment for our tūroro (patients) and whānau(families).

You will bepart of a small fast paced team that plays an essential part of maintainingBurwood Hospital. The team provides exceptional cleaning services 365 days ayear, across both day and night shifts. 

You will beresponsible for:

• Completingall cleaning tasks to international healthcare standards
• Ensuring dailyschedules and tasks are completed within set timeframes
• Operatingand maintaining equipment safely around patients and whānau
• Handlingcleaning solutions in accordance with safety protocols

Casualcleaners will also have the opportunity to help out the Kitchen team.

Full training will be provided to all new staff joining our team. 

We arelooking for a reliable, hardworking and flexible candidate who is able to bringtheir passion for cleaning to our Burwood facility. This role will suit acandidate that is looking to help make the Hospital and hygienic and safe spacefor our patients and whanau.
