We are a trusted provider of data center solutions and IT services. We are currently looking for On -Call Data Center Technicians to join us. If you are an experienced technician seeking flexible, intermittent work in equipment management and hands -on technical support, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Summary:

PLEASE NOTE: We are seeking contractors that are available to receive intermittent contract tasks, and can invoice for their work. 

Key Responsibilities:

• On -call availability to respond to equipment staging and delivery requests.
  


• Safely and securely store and stage IT hardware and equipment.
  


• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of hardware to client sites.
  


• Perform hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments.
  


• Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment to minimize downtime.
  


• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in data center operations.
  


• Keep detailed records of equipment movements, issues, and resolutions.
  


• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective support.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Center Technician or in a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of data center equipment, IT hardware, and associated technologies.
  
• Ability to work on an on -call basis and respond to urgent requests.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem -solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with data center safety procedures and protocols.
  
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules.
  
• Physical fitness to handle equipment and perform tasks within data center environments.
