Category Manager

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver category strategies across wine and key sub-segments


• Lead category reviews with major retailers


• Analyse scan and shopper data to identify trends and opportunities


• Turn insights into clear, actionable commercial recommendations


• Partner closely with Sales to bring category strategy into customer conversations


• Act as a trusted advisor to retail partnersAlign category strategy with Brand and Marketing teams


• Manage priorities independently across both execution and planning cycles

What We're Looking For

• Proven Category Management experience (FMCG or liquor preferred)


• Strong commercial acumen with solid analytical capability


• Confident working with data and turning insights into action


• Ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally


• Clear, pragmatic communication style with the ability to adapt


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
