Are you ready to make a measurable impact on the future of a national Medical Products portfolio?

We’re looking for a skilled professional to design and deliver a Medical Products category strategy over a 12-month horizon, producing clear commercial gains and positioning the portfolio for lasting success.

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver a Medical Products category strategy that sets clear direction for product range, pricing, and channels to market, with a well-planned handover.
• Analyse product, market, and customer data to identify opportunities, inform positioning, and drive strong commercial outcomes.
• Shape range, pricing, and channel approaches — including bundling, rationalisation, and promotional levers — supported by sound financial modelling.
• Develop dashboards, performance measures, and guidance to inform decision-making and support ongoing day-to-day operations after the assignment concludes.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position with flexibility around hours (part or full-time), as well as location.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated success in category, product, or commercial strategy — ideally within medical devices, health products, or a comparable sector.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial and market data to create practical recommendations.
• Excellent relationship management, including supplier engagement and collaboration across internal teams.
• A results-focused mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs within a defined timeframe.
