We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Catering & Functions Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our food and catering services. This role also involves developing and expanding event and conference business revenue within our friendly member environment.

You will play a vital role in the growth and promotion of our catering and event services, ensuring a memorable experience for our members and guests.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of our food and catering services.
• Develop opportunities to grow event and conference business revenue.
• Maintain flexibility and consistency in a dynamic and varied environment.
• Ensure culinary and customer service excellence by being hands-on, visible, and approachable.
• Motivate and manage Front of House and kitchen staff to uphold quality food service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaborative relationships.
• Creative thinking to develop business opportunities.
• Financial experience in managing resources effectively.
• A Duty Managers License and working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Good HR practices to ensure a supportive and efficient workplace.

Ideal Candidate: This role is perfect for a Food & Beverage Manager or Chef/Caterer Manager with experience in event management. The ability to balance hands-on involvement with strategic oversight will be key to success.
