A unique opportunity is now available for an experienced Catering & Functions Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of food and catering services, whilst developing opportunities to grow the event and conference business revenue within this friendly member environment.
This relaxed and friendly Club, located in The Bay of Plenty will provide the opportunity to showcase your organisational, people and business development skills, and where you will play a vital role in the growth and promotion of the catering and event services within this venue.
Flexibility and consistency is the key to success in this continually changing environment of variety and challenge.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, visible and approachable while ensuring culinary and customer service excellence.
This role could suit a Food & Beverage Manager or Chef Manager with the experience and knowledge in event management to uphold quality food service standards and motivate Front of House and kitchen staff.
Strong interpersonal skills that encourage collaborative relationships, creative thinking that develops business opportunity and financial experience in managing resources will be required in this role.
A Duty Managers License, working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and good HR practice ill also be essential for success in this role.

$75,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
