Cellar Door Hosts - Marlborough - Summer Fixed-Term

We’re looking for enthusiastic cellar door hosts, who can bring their flair for hospitality to create engaging wine tasting & food experiences, for our guests this summer season in Blenheim, Marlborough until April 2026.

You will be great at:

• Showing your passion for excellent customer service
• Converting the guest’s positive experience into wine sales and brand loyalty
• Encouraging visitor loyalty and sign up to the wine club
• Supporting private experience and VIP events

• Experience in hospitality, preferably in a tasting room and a restaurant environment
• A sales-orientated mindset - able to convert positive experiences into sales of wines, food, and merchandise
• Enthusiasm and be team-orientated
• The ability to work weekends and public holidays
• English is essential, an additional language is a plus
