The OpportunityHolcim is looking for Drivers to join our team in Napier● Permanent, full-time opportunity guaranteeing at least 40 hours a week.● You will be primarily based in Auckland but will be required to complete routes across New Zealand. About YouTo be successful for this role, you need to have the following skills (as you will be performing the tasks on a day to day basis) and either a relevant trade qualification or 1 years' experience.●Manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading●Loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices●Observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles●Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely●Estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe weight distribution●Ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage●Verifying loading documents, checking condition of goods and obtaining certification ofdeliveries.
