We’re looking for someone that is highly skilled in change communications to join our team. As a key player in driving organisational change, you will develop and execute effective communication plans that engage stakeholders, foster understanding, and promote successful change adoption. Your expertise will focus on enhancing change readiness, mitigating resistance, and amplifying the impact of change initiatives.

In this role, you will identify and address stakeholder needs, concerns, and barriers to change. You will craft compelling communication materials, provide training and guidance, and monitor the effectiveness of change communication efforts. If you have a passion for strategic communication and a talent for driving positive change, then this is the role for you!

• Proven experience in change management and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create engaging content across multiple channels
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in digital communication tools
• Effective project planning and execution skills, with strong business acumen
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with empathy and active listening skills
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with others
