As our new Channel Sales Lead, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive channel strategy in New Zealand, establishing and nurturing profitable, long-term relationships with key partners, and driving software and services sales through these strategic alliances.
Key responsibilities will include
- Identify, onboard, and grow a strong network of new & existing channel partners
- Co-develop joint service offerings with partners to drive customer success
- Drive partner efficiency and value by promoting Crayon platforms and tools
- Plan, forecast, and report sales pipeline and performance with accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally and engage in continuous learning to become a trusted advisor in the IT ecosystem
Your Competencies
- 7+ years of B2B or channel sales experience within the IT industry
- Proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizations
- Familiarity with SaaS, software licensing, or Microsoft solutions is a plus

- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
