What you can expect Alongside your leadership team you will be organising and managing all day-to-day clinical aspects within the practice. Drive performance, mentor and lead by example with providing high quality and thorough care to patients. You will be someone who is adaptable to work in a fast paced environment across different levels of care. Alongside this you will be able to expand and maintain your hands on skills: Triaging and nursing assessments Immunisations, vaccinations, wound care, plastering and triaging Patient education and professional relationship development Be an advocate for patients as well as staff members 40 hours p/w, with occasional weekend work.
