What you can expect
Alongside your leadership team you will be organising and managing all day-to-day clinical aspects within the practice. Drive performance, mentor and lead by example with providing high quality and thorough care to patients. Strive to develop your team and offer a supportive environment where people can learn and develop in their careers. You will be someone who is adaptable to work in a fast paced environment across different levels of care. Alongside this you will be able to expand and maintain your hands on skills:

• Triaging and nursing assessments
• Immunisations, vaccinations, wound care, plastering and triaging
• Patient education and professional relationship development
• Be an advocate for patients as well as staff members
• 40 hours p/w, with occasional weekend work.
• Large team of nurses, HCA's, nurse practitioners and administrative staff

What we are looking for

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of NZ with a current APC
• Prior experience working in New Zealand Healthcare system is required
• Experience in an acute or primary care setting is highly advantageous
• Proven leadership skills, and ability to bring a team together
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and patient focussed care
• Highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude
