We have Project Manager roles to work in Christchurch focusing on Project Delivery through all project lifecycles, on a range of sectors and projects.

About the Role:

• 
  Assist in providing appropriate leadership to their Project Teams through clear direction, strong verbal and written communication, chairing and minuting regular team meetings, encouraging and supporting the team to achieve deliverables.


• 
  Proactively identifies and addresses risks and issues to minimize and mitigate impact to the projects.


• 
  Writes Project Management Plans which are aligned with the clients’ needs and objectives.


• 
  Writes Project Management Plans which are aligned with the clients’ needs and objectives.


• 
  Thinks ahead and plans for the future success of their project.


• 
  Creates and implements plans and strategies at a project level to achieve goals.


• 
  Identifies, manages and mitigates all project risks.


• 
  Manages the delivery of projects to fully satisfy client needs and expectations.


• 
  Proactively manages the client expectations and relationship.

About You:

• 
  Several years experience of relevant industry experience preferred.


• 
  Holds relevant tertiary industry qualifications


• 
  Demonstrated experience in:
  
  
  
  • 
    Managing projects within clearly defined scopes to achievable project schedules and budgets
  
  
  • 
    Managing the demands of concurrent projects and deadlines
  
  
  • 
    The successful applicant will enjoy working with people, building relationships through project teams and clients
