Chef de Partie

Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre is looking for an experienced and motivated Casual Chef de Partie (or Senior Chef de Partie for the right fit) to join our team and support across our busy kitchens (Banquets, Restaurant and Pastry).

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 2 years experience at a Chef de Partie level (across a range of kitchens). The successful applicant will be responsible for (but not limited to):
  
  
  
  • Prep for service (whether in the restaurant, banquet or pastry kitchen), minimising wastage and maintaining a clean and safe working area
  
  
  
  


• Ability to work in a variety of teams


• Excellent time management and works well under pressure


• An eye for detail and high standard of cleanliness


• Be a team player and excellent communicator


• Have a positive can-do attitude and bring your best every day


• A qualification in Food Cookery or Culinary Arts is essential.
