About the role
Reporting to Vertical Market Manager, as the CEO of Triquestra, you will provide strategic and operational direction, foster long-term professional relationships with clients, ensure the delivery of quality solutions and services, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
The primary responsibility of the role is to manage and direct Triquestra towards achieving its goals and objectives, while ensuring optimal profitability and efficient utilization of business assets and human resources. This includes overseeing the quality of our products and services, leading a motivated team and managing all financial and operational aspects of the business. Additionally, you will be accountable for delivering exemplary customer service to our clients.
This is a permanent full-time role based in our office in Avondale, Auckland.
