Our client is an innovative commercially focussed organisation, operating nationwide. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a capable Chief Financial Officer to lead financial management of the organisation and ensure the delivery of business strategy and plans.
 
Your responsibilities include:
 

• As a member of the leadership team, you will work strategically to advise and influence business and finance strategy to enable the business to deliver on objectives.
• This will include coaching the finance team to deliver on all financial planning, analysis, performance reporting and cashflow functions to ensure long term sustainability.
• You will maintain effective governance and risk management frameworks and work closely with the Board and audit committee.
• You will support the commercial and revenue generation opportunities for the business, and oversee the robustness of the investment analysis, pricing and contract management functions.

To be successful:

• You will be CA qualified and bring extensive financial leadership experience gained in large complex organisations.
• Along with strong commercial and financial nous, and you will demonstrate a high degree of self awareness and be comfortable influencing conversations at Board, ARC and leadership levels. 
• You will bring proven experience building and leading large teams and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Along with excellent relationship managements and interpersonal skills, you will also bring a collegial and collaborative leadership approach and will be comfortable working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
