About the Role:
As the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), you will report directly to the CEO, leading the engineering team to deliver high-impact features and improvements. You will oversee technical leadership, roadmap delivery, system deployments, and ensure exceptional product outcomes. Collaboration with the Product Team and maintaining tight coordination with the CEO will be crucial for success.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven technical leadership in engineering excellence.
• Experience in delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong background in product architecture and development.
• Expertise in maintaining high standards for product quality and security.
• Ability to drive innovation and solve complex technical problems.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and integrations (e.g., Xero, Intuit).
• Experience leading .NET teams would be a plus. 
• Excellent team leadership and development skills.
