About the role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our busy team. This is a full-time, permanent, hands-on role that combines delivery driving with warehouse operations. Based at our hybrid Vulcan site in Mosgiel, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and with great service.
No two days are the same — this role offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while supporting daily site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service at every delivery point
Drive our small delivery truck (full Class 2 licence required) to deliver Steel and Aluminium products to customers
Complete deliveries throughout the Top of the South Island, including Nelson, Richmond, Motueka, Marlborough and surrounding areas, plus a twice-weekly run into Central Otago
Assist with general stores duties, including picking and packing orders, receipting stock, and generating packing slips
Support warehouse operations as required
Hours
Approximate start time between 7:00am–8:30am
Finish between 4:30pm–5:00pm
Minimum 40 hours per week
Overtime may be available once trained and is paid at time and a half
Full Class 2 driver’s licence (essential)
Experience in warehousing, stock picking, or general warehouse duties
Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills for stock and job tracking
Forklift licence and experience (desirable)
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
