Client Account Manager

PURPOSE 

To support the management team in sourcing and supplying clients with solvent orders. This includes calls, logistics, quotes, and troubleshooting for clients. 

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

▪ Ensuring orders are fulfilled to client requests. 

▪ Working with other team members and contractors to meet courier and truck deadlines, ensuring the correct documentation accompanies each order. 

▪ Planning for future orders. 

▪ Reporting in a timely manner. 

▪ Recording any damaged, missing, or faulty goods. 

▪ Instructing the team on labelling for order or stock as and when required. 

▪ Instructing the team on blending for order or stock as and when required. 

▪ Maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting to your supervisor in a timely manner when products are low. 

▪ Keeping track of goods in and out, storing them in the most efficient and appropriate way using your own initiative (some offsite storage). 

▪ Admin and paperwork are integral parts of the job, so a very organized and conscientious approach is needed. 

▪ Assisting Logistics, Production & Dispatch or General Manager to achieve company goals.

▪ Be punctual and work the hours and times specified. 

▪ Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard. 

▪ Support and help develop a positive workplace culture. 

▪ Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills. 

▪ Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels. 

▪ Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in this Job Description and all other duties as required by the business. 

▪ Comply with all employment obligations. 

▪ Promptly undertake to complete all reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given.
