Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Act as an advocate for the client within the agency, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage existing accounts with a focus on business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and customer needs within the industry.
  • Create and implement tailored marketing strategies for each client.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into client strategies.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for client strategy improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates, reports, and presentations and addressing feedback promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Client Development Manager or similar role in a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
