  • Working with diverse, high calibre customers focusing on building long-lasting relationships, this may involve being in a boardroom pitching to large corporate organisations one day and then talking about hiring strategies at a local coffee shop with a new start-up the next.
  • Identifying new clients within the technology industry across New Zealand through lead generation, market mapping and business development
  • Providing outstanding service delivery to everyone you engage with
  • Engaging in regular networking events & collaborating with your colleagues across the wider Hays business
  • Partner with our team of recruiters to ensure a successful recruitment process for both clients and candidates

  • Highly motivated and sales driven, with 4+ years in recruitment or technology sales
  • Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
  • Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
  • Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
  • Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
  • Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market through generating leads and cold business development
  • Have a strong understanding of the New Zealand technology market
