Advanced Building Services Wellington Ltd (ABS) undertake maintenance, repair, engineering, upgrade and alteration and contracting works on HVAC mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services for the owners of commercial buildings.  Their portfolio includes some of Wellington’s most prestigious and technically advanced sites.

The company also undertakes plumbing and refrigeration work utilising two independent teams of tradespeople and the work of these two teams in administered by this co-ordinator who effectively supports the needs of the three primary service teams.

• Raising service jobs via phone/email.
• Processing timesheets
• Raising jobs and co-ordinating technician's attendance.
• Continual monitoring of jobs from issuance, though to billing and closure

Critical for your success in the role:

• Strong administration skills including accounts and reporting
• The ability to multi task and have an eye for detail
• Excellent written, oral and numerical skills
• A “can do”, flexible and proactive approach with a positive attitude
• Strong computer skills
• Availability to cover between 7:30-4:00pm / 8:30-500pm  (hours completed on a shift basis.)
• An excellent team player
