Clinical Administrator
We are looking for a Clinical Administrator to join our team at Medpro! This role will work a mix from our Northshore based site and our head office in Albert Street.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
The purpose of this role is to be a professional first point of contact for our casual workforce of nurses and practitioners in Workplace Health. You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as onboarding practitioners & supporting recruitment of casual nurses, monitoring certifications and assisting with assessing resourcing requirements. You will assist with driving an inclusive, supportive and high performing workplace culture.

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working with people
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage priorities and multitask.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Computer literacy with a firm grasp of Outlook, Word and Excel
Desirable:
• Experience working within a healthcare setting
• Experience in Human Resource
