Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty are looking for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator with a passion to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment! 

The Tauranga Outpatient department is a large 50 room department that is dynamic, fast-paced, and busy. Tauranga Outpatients consists of main outpatients, orthopaedic outpatients, and paediatric outpatients. 

We are currently seeking experienced, passionate, and driven Nurse Coordinator to join the team in our vibrant and innovative nurse-led team. You will be joining a skilled and knowledgeable nursing team that aim for high quality patient care. The role is permanent, working 40 hours per week based at the Tauranga Hospital Monday to Friday. 

The purpose of this role is to provide direct clinical coordination and expertise, that ensures a safe and effective practice environment, which supports the management of outpatients. This exciting role will also support the clinical education/training needs of nursing staff within the outpatients. 

This role utilises the principles of evidence-based practice to meet the learning needs of new and developing nursing team member.
