Requirements for clinical nurse: Candidate must hold current registration with the health practice registration authority (APHRA) as a registered nurse. It must possession of a current practicing certificate. Willingness to participate in background checks including criminal conviction record reports, bankruptcy record searches, and previous employment and referee checks as per regulatory requirement Participation in an on-call roster means being available outside of regular working hours to respond to urgent healthcare needs as they arise. Responsibilities of clinical nurse: Candidate is responsible for providing nursing care to recipients of primary healthcare services across remote (TCHHS). Acting as a role model for registered nurses and healthcare workers in holistic primary healthcare provision. Using evidence-based clinical practice to achieve positive outcomes for recipients of Primary and Acute healthcare services. Participating in a multidisciplinary team to foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability within a patient and family-centred care philosophy in primary health care facilities.
