About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join our care team as a Clinical Nurse Lead, at our Summerset in the Vines, Havelock North. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help to provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to our incredible Care Centre team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing clinical guidance, day to day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team.
• Working closely with Care Centre Manager to help support safe operation of the care team.
• Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme.

This is a full time role between Monday and Friday. 

About you:

• A Registered Nurse with recognised expertise in the provision of clinical oversight.
• A team player who is passionate to support, train and develop the Caregiving team.
• A skilled communicator with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
• An InterRAI trained Nurse who can complete and oversee clinical assessments and care planning.
