Clinical Nurse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
• Oversee the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
• Schedule and assign daily duties for nursing staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
• Participate in and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance care standards.
• Ensure safe administration of medications and educate staff on medication management and potential side effects.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical records and ensure compliance with relevant health regulations and facility policies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for residents and their families, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Support ongoing training and professional development for nursing staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate.
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience in aged care or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions and manage complex situations.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and continuous improvement.
