Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the medical industry? This is a fabulous opportunity for an entry level person heading into healthcare sales and providing clinical support. The role is a fixed term 12 month contract, based in Mt Albert and reporting to the NZ Sales Manager with support from the Regional Manager. You'll play a crucial role in providing on-site client support for medical devices, focusing on hospitals and surgery centres.
About the Role / Key Responsibilities
On-site Client Support: Work closely with Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Room teams, providing hands-on support for high-end medical equipment.
Business Growth: Drive service-related business growth by conducting regular care and maintenance sessions at key hospitals. Proactively schedule maintenance to ensure client satisfaction and equipment reliability.
Equipment Management: Install, return, and set up loan equipment as needed. Assist with general travel to support territory managers and customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses, CSSD staff, physicians, and administrative personnel, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Sales Opportunities: Actively seek sales opportunities within hospitals, promoting designated product specialties and focusing on customer needs.
