NZRSI is a leading research-focused healthcare organisation dedicated to advancing medical science and improving patient outcomes in the field of respiratory and sleep medicine.

Role Overview:

As a Clinical Trials/Study Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of clinical trials related to respiratory and sleep disorders. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the trial process, from recruitment and enrolment to data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate participant recruitment and screening procedures.
  • Work closely with Investigators to obtain informed consent from eligible participants and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and oversee participant visits, including conducting study assessments and administering study interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation and regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with investigators, study sponsors, and regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to protocol and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor study progress and identify and address any issues or deviations from protocol.
  • Participate in data collection, entry, and analysis activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of study reports and presentations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy or health sciences preferred.
  • Prior experience in clinical research and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic data capture systems.
